Now, the fight for pro trans legislation and the fight for overturning current discriminatory legislation is still an uphill battle. Currently, we are at a place that the Weimar trans community couldn’t have imagined (Denny).
The visibility of transgender people now, with its infinite positives, has made them targets of hateful narratives and violent actors. (Denny)
